1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Since our products (AI Automation Mastery Program, Plugins, and Digital Tools) are digital goods delivered via Internet download or online access, we generally offer a No Refund policy once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or the course has been started.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned,” which is why we encourage all users to watch our free demos and review the program curriculum thoroughly before enrolling.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our learners’ satisfaction. If you face any of the following issues, you can reach out to us:

• Technical Issues:If you are unable to access the course or download a digital product due to a technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours.
• Duplicate Payment:If you were charged twice for the same product due to a payment gateway error.

In such cases, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days, as per the standard processing time of our payment partner, Razorpay.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Courses:You can choose to stop attending the course at any time; however, cancellations made after the course materials have been accessed will not be eligible for a refund of the enrollment fee.
• Subscription/Digital Products:Cancellation of a digital product purchase is not possible once the download link has been generated or sent to your email.
